I already listened to the audiobook of this title by Don Beck. It was a very illuminating and inspiring experience.However this book brings some better attention to detail and useful diagrams and visualizations.If you want to get some quality information about Spiral Dynamics this is the book to go.
Kaum zu glauben, dass dieser theoretische Ansatz, der ursprünglich einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund hatte, also zur Beratung von Managern zur Verbesserung von Leitungsqualitäten und Effizienz konzipiert wurde, einen so festen Bestandteil in der Theoriegebäuden (und "heiligen Hallen") der integralen Theorie gefunden hat. Um es in den Farbkategorien von SD auszudrücken: die Autoren hatten zutiefst orangene Motive, um eine Theorie zu entwerfen, die bei Gelb/Purpur Einfluss nehmen will. Oder, mit Wilbers Terminologie: ein sehr ehrgeiziger rechts-unten-Entwurf vor einem ganzheitlichen Hintergrund.
